I started TulsiX because I kept seeing the same problem — businesses in India being forced to stitch together 5 different tools just to run their operations. CA firms tracking clients on spreadsheets, schools managing buses through phone calls, SMBs paying for software that was never built for how they actually work.
As a full-stack engineer, I knew the technology to solve these problems existed. What was missing was someone willing to build purpose-built platforms — not generic templates, but real products designed from the ground up for specific industries.
CAPilot was born from this conviction. I spent months understanding how Chartered Accountant firms in India actually operate — the compliance deadlines, the client management chaos, the invoicing headaches — and built a platform that replaces all of it with a single, integrated system.
My vision for TulsiX: to build a company where every product we ship is something we'd bet our own business on. Not demos, not MVPs that never grow up — but real, production-grade platforms that businesses rely on every single day.
