Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all products and services offered by TulsiX Technologies Private Limited ("TulsiX", "we", "us"), including SaaS subscriptions (CAPilot) and custom development services. This policy is in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
1. SaaS Products (CAPilot)
1.1 Free Trial
Where available, CAPilot may offer a free trial period. No payment is required during the trial. If you do not subscribe after the trial, your access will be limited or deactivated — no charges will be incurred.
1.2 Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your CAPilot subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@tulsix.com.
- Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
1.3 Refund for Subscriptions

2. Custom Development Services
2.1 Project Cancellation by Client
- Before work begins: Full refund of any advance paid, minus a 5% administrative fee.
- After work has begun: Refund is calculated based on the work not yet delivered. Work already completed and delivered is non-refundable.
- After delivery/milestone completion: No refund for completed and accepted deliverables.
2.2 Project Cancellation by TulsiX
If we are unable to deliver the agreed services due to reasons within our control, we will:
- Provide a full refund for undelivered work.
- Deliver all partially completed work and related assets to the client.
- Process the refund within 14 business days.
2.3 Scope Disputes
If there is a dispute about whether deliverables match the agreed scope (as defined in the Statement of Work), both parties will attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter will be subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in our Terms of Service.
3. Technical Consultancy Services
- Consultancy sessions that have been completed are non-refundable.
- Scheduled sessions cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice will receive a full refund or rescheduling.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:
- Your full name and registered email address.
- Product/service name and transaction/invoice reference.
- Reason for the refund request.
- Date of payment.

5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Bank processing times may vary and are outside our control.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Domain name registrations or third-party licenses purchased on your behalf.
- Cloud infrastructure costs (Azure, hosting) incurred on your behalf.
- Services rendered and accepted without objection within the review period.
7. Modifications to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. The policy applicable at the time of your purchase will govern your refund request.
