Production grade
Code we would bet our own business on. We do, every day: backups that restore, migrations that do not lose a row, a support inbox that is answered.
We build software for the businesses on India’s main streets, run it in production ourselves, and bring the same engineers to client work.
Short, because the company is young. Every line below is something that is live or signed, not planned.
Months at the desks of Chartered Accountants, watching practices run on Tally, Excel and WhatsApp. CAPilot is designed from those notes.
TulsiX Technologies Private Limited is incorporated, registered in Mathura with the working office in Faridabad.
CAPilot goes live for CA firms with paying customers. CAPilot AI follows, writing the partner’s morning brief from the firm’s own data.
YesDoctor launches as a WhatsApp front desk for clinics and grows to 50 live clinics. YesDoctor AI ships inside it for doctors.
First client systems ship on the same foundation, including JDR ARMS, a CIB&RC registration portal for an agrochemical consultancy.
VidyaPilot (school operations, starting with bus tracking) and MedPilot (retail pharmacies) are in development with pilots open. IoT and testing work for rail passenger information systems is in discussion.
Two sides, one engineering foundation and one team.
Running CAPilot and YesDoctor means we feel production every day: a clinic that cannot see its queue, a firm whose GST deadline is tomorrow. That is where our standards for backups, monitoring and support come from.
Client projects take us into domains beyond our own four, from regulatory portals to rail hardware, and they fund the products while they grow. You get the people who ship CAPilot on Monday and your system on Tuesday.
Code we would bet our own business on. We do, every day: backups that restore, migrations that do not lose a row, a support inbox that is answered.
HTTPS, role-based access, audit logs and India’s DPDP Act built in from the first commit, not added in a later phase.
A written scope before any number, itemised proposals, IP transferred in writing on final payment. No surprises in month three.
A demo every two weeks. Progress you can click on, not a slide. The engineers who build it stay on the account.
Founder and CEO
I started TulsiX because I kept seeing the same problem: businesses in India forced to stitch together five tools to run one operation. CA firms tracking clients on spreadsheets, schools managing buses through phone calls, clinics running a queue from a register.
The technology existed. What was missing was someone willing to build purpose-made platforms for specific industries rather than generic templates. CAPilot came first, after months of sitting with Chartered Accountants. YesDoctor, VidyaPilot and MedPilot followed the same way.
Every product and most client projects begin with time where the work happens: the reception counter, the article clerk’s seat, the school gate at 7 a.m.
Patchy networks, shared phones, Hinglish, WhatsApp first. Offline-first data and small bundles are defaults.
Anything we sell has already been in production for our own customers. Client builds inherit that foundation.
